So when I read Zealot's will use Lotion, I'm kinda confused. The line, "it puts the lotion on it's skin, or else it gets the hose again" comes into my mind. So I was thinking, what if lotion is the zealot's armor asborb buff? What I predict is that since they have such low armor, they will have to cast AF buff's similar to what a Valewalker would do in DAoC. For example, the zealot could have a spell called, "Ancient Ablative Lotion Remedy" and was 3 seconds castable, "or rubbing on" and was +150 armor. Anyone else have any other ideas?

So instead of stoneskin, we get Moisturizing Lotion with Echinacea and Cocoa Butter? :p
Where's this lotion stuff, I want to read it. :)

I beleive Paul Barnett was making an alusion to the move, "The Silence of Th Lambs". He was comparing the zealot with the creepy killer "Buffalo Bill", who liked to wear people's skin. It was for comical referance, haha.

The lotions are hopefully offensive. I know I wouldn't feel comfortable with a crazed lunatic applying lotion to my body...:-?
Besides, kinda hard to apply a lotion to a Chosen, unless it works through armor. :)

lotion
One entry found for lotion.
Main Entry: lo·tion
Pronunciation: 'lO-sh&n
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English loscion, from Latin lotion-, lotio act of washing, from lavere to wash
: a liquid preparation for cosmetic or external medicinal use
this definition leads me to believe the lotion might be the source of the zealots healing abilities. would somehow fit with the mountain man/tribal healer vibe for the zealot.
...ah conjecture is a lovely thing

Maybe Zealot's might just be there to give Chosen, Marauder's, and Magus baths to "wash" them and put he lotion on the skin haha.
Maybe they have like spf300 to provide resistance to the paladins holy spells or something...
Or if your friends make a wicked "your mom" burn you will indeed have the ointment for their burn.

One or multiple raven and/or other animal companions are highly prefered.

"The Zealot is basically a crazy, Chaos fanatic covered in feathers, with a crazy dagger, and creepy fetishes, and clouds of birds flying around him, and he throws potions and he throws lotions and he stabs you. He is the healer." paul barnet

I can see it now. "Zealot throws a bottle of lotion on the ground. Dwarf Hammerer slips on lotion rendering him unconscious for 10 seconds."

I'm a Zealot, and I use Loreal.
Because I'm worth it.
