Where do High Elves learn Magical Salvaging?

I can't seem to find the trainer and have been all over Altdorf.

Also, does anyone know where to learn Talisman making as well?

Both trainers are in the main plaza in Adunei on the Blighted Isle. The Talisman trainer is called a Hedge Wizard (in gold text below his name). The Scavenging trainer is tucked away in a corner by a wagon, next to a merchant.
