Fragments?

I have my magical salvaging up around 60 something...but I cant for the life of me get any fragments....wtf.

I have all sorts of essences but no fragments...the ones I have are too high for me to use as my talisman skill is only 14...thanks to the fact you can NOT get fragments....WTF!

So, how do you get fragments....they want us to EBAY?????

See, I'm facing the exact opposite. I have tons of friggin fragment I can't use because I don't have any essence. Essence at first is easy to get, but past Talisman Making level 25, it's getting harder and harder. My Talisman Making is level 42, and I have a hard time getting it to 50 because the stupid green items around level 20 drop Fragments for crafting 50+ (and essence for 50+ too).

So I don't know, maybe it's just bad luck ? I remember running out of fragment at your level tough, I bought a lot of the cheapest salvagable renown gear (like 12 of them) and ogt a fragement everytime.

Only time I get fragments is if I salvage wearable gear that is green or higher. I dont think I have gotten any fragments from doing the pieces that specifically say they are for the salvage skill.

Correct..fragments seem to only come from salvaging green or higher gear. The items labeled as 'equipment' do not seem to drop fragments.
For instance the broken equipment, shattered equipment, etc.

True, but if you repair the equipment first, then salvage it will drop a fragment most of the time it seems
