cultivation cap dependent on player rank ?

Could a lvl 1 alt max cultivation craft lvl or is there some kinda cap in place ?

No cap craft away

You have too feed your level 1 the higher level seeds from somewhere but it should be possible to max your cultivation as a level 1.

I just broke 100 cult on my R10 Squig Herder. Its great to just chill and make flowers while sitting in queues for scenarios.
