I don't see why there wouldn't be a long hair choice. Right now it looks like they're only using a few faces and just putting them on different models.

Those low tier witch hunters look badass, and the females look awesome as well.

I've yet to see long, somewhat curly hair in an MMORPG before. Moreover, long hair of any sort is rather rare in some other MMOs (and when it is, it's often just plain, straight, and rather lifeless)---there are often wide selections of short hairstyles, and only a couple of longer styles. I feel confident that WAR will offer a nice degree of customisation, though. I'd like to be able to create a Witch Hunter that looks at least somewhat close to the character I've been dreaming up since I learned that Witch Hunters were being included in WAR. :D

It is probably the same way for the male WH. The female is clearly a low Rank (Tier 1) and the male WH screenshots show a higher ranked Witch Hunter.

I like the class but one thing doesn't make me want to play them, poisoning of weapons before battle or as they call it anointing your weapons. I don't like classes that have to buy bullets, arrows or poisons. It may be realistic but that is something that turns me off from a class. Nothing is more annoying than while in combat you realize that you have forgotten to get a new supply of bullets. And this is especially annoying when you are inside an instance or worse, inside a city gate scenario.

Yeah. She's fairly underwhelming. The male looks like a badass, but her expression is totally wrong. I think her legs are a bit out of proportion, and she seems to have pencils for ankles (or lack of muscle overall). Probably an early render.

Finally, the day as come. Overall, excellent. The higher level Hats need some work on the brim - it's pointy, not curved, which is strange because the Tier 2 Hat has a round brim.

I hear that. I don't particularly want to play a Witch Hunter, but those clothes are just fabulous. Perhaps knights will be able to wear some standard issue Empire garb when they take their armour off. I feel a wild hankering for slashed doublets and stockinged calves coming on...

The earliest guns irl weren't all that small... plus longer barrels help accuracy slightly anyways

Did you read that you'll have to buy bullets? It's not sure. LOTRO doesn't use that, and I haven't read anything that says you will or won't have to buy them.

Fantastic! The concept we'd already seen is the least inspiring - I love the first one (despite the Hatlessness; at least the Hat is there in spirit)!

Yes, they are quite big. However, this is par for the course - if you look at the covers for the Witch Hunter books or concept art of Pistoleers for the TT, you see that Empire pistols are really big guns.

Well, keep in mind that lots of those pics were from very close range looking up, which distorts proportion.

It is a pistol. Handgun is the name for early rifles and handheld, weaker versions of the cannon, and thus the even smaller versions (whom we refer to today as handguns) are not called handguns, but rather pistols, I would assume.

The Empire uses handguns in their regiments.

I think it looks pretty damn good still, needs some texture work and lighting and it will look great. Not expecting ultra-realistic graphics anyways, its stylised to look like WHF and thats what it looks like so I am happy.
