Symbol meaning?

I am wondering what the meaning of the symbol found at 3:08 and 3:18 is at http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=a0QszOsMUoU please.

I am guessing it is refering to Slaanesh because of the cresent moon shape? It looks a bit Dark Elvish to me though so I am confused.

You are correct. They are druchii (dark elf) runes. The crescent is often connected with Slaanesh, but in this case I think they're just a part of the heraldry. These symbols are house runes. They are composed from the initials of the house in druchii script. Slaanesh is viewed by the druchii as more of a renegade cult in opposition to Khaine, so most houses would try to exterminate an open Slaanesh cult.
