I was just wondering, what do u guys that the chaos marauder would be most like compered to a WoW class (wow is the only mmo ive ever played). I was thinking maybe fury speced warrior, or druid if you could use the mutations for dif things.

Well... he's a melee DPS class...

So, he'd either be like a fury warrior with actual utility or a druid without crappy LOLtree and OOMkin forms.

Basically, The Marauder will take all of the good bits, while leaving out all the suck that those classes had.

One of those really squishy fury warriors. The point of a Marauder and all melee dps classes really is to kill stuff quickly, but in exchange for armor that a tank class would get, so we're talking those fury warriors that when they pull aggro they get oneshot just as easily as a rogue.

Rogue actually, but as a pose to building up combat point's then doing heavy damage moves, you build up "Tzeentch Points" and spend them on mutation's to help you do more damage. When your "Tzeentch Point's" drop below the amount that you spent on the mutation you lose it.

So you would have a bar that look's empty at the start of a battle, and as you go into combat it start's to fill up, when your out of combat it start's to fall. When you purchase a mutation, for say 30 "Tzeentch Point's", the bottom 30% of the bar (for examples sake let's say you can get this bar to 100) change's to grey, or a different colour to the rest of the bar, this represents how many you've spent, when your "Tzeentch Point's" fall below the grey section, you lose that mutation.

I hope that made as much sense as it did in my head.

Hybrid between rogue and fury warrior. Fury warrior in term of rage and enrage, rogue in term of speed and probably dirty moves but this points out rather for assassin.

His damage should be pretty high due light armour which is the worst protection in WAR.

To make a WoW comparison I'd say the Maraudor is a rogue with mail armor

im going to say druid in mail armor.

i think it'd be pretty weak sauce if we could only mutate our arms. why not our skin?

forget WoW... play it for yourself and find out.. it's really the only way.. if you like it great, if not there are still a bunch of classes to pick from.

There's nothing wrong with speculation, I don't see what all this WoW-Hate is about anyway, I had a fun time on WoW, some people got bored of doing raid instances or couldn't hack it, they then somehow make out it's the worst mmo ever, it's probably the best mmo ever tbh, well mainstream anyway.

WAR will destroy WoW, but not because WoW is bad, but because WAR will be better.

Fury warrior. Not exactly squishy - he is moderately armoured, but not heavily armoured like a tank.
