I have found a surefire way to get level 25 fragments and essences. It will take about 3 minutes each time (quicker if you get some friends to help). In Altdorf, there is a public quest in the southern palace. Click on the steam machine to start it. You have 2 minutes to click on 15 pieces of the steam machine (it only takes 1:30 to do it solo). I don't know how many people can win bags (I do know at least 2), but you get a green level 11 boots from it. They DE/Salvage to a level 25 fragment and the level 25 essence parts. Since the items are not soulbound, you can get friends to give them to you, you can get what, maybe 4 every 3 minutes...That should help raise your skill fast. This is a great way for me to get past level 50 in Salvaging. I hope this helps all of you...I am reposting in the talisman forum as well.
