So i get these items pretty often and i even see them being sold at merchants. I have scavenging which it says it needs, but i have no idea how to use it on these items?
These are the green items (in tier 1 at least) that need scavenging to turn it into something better or reveal what it is.
I have tried multiple things to try and get these things to work but they just won't. What should i do to use them or use on them.
