have you thought about splitting the ogre bulls into smaller 3 model blocks? do to your average frontage of 100mm or 125 mm having 5 model ogres at 40 mm a base unless you're in multiple combats at least 2 ogres will not be in combat. have 3 120mm front will at least have everyone in combat.
also if you go with 3 man not sure if you should bother with command
gnoblars can be good very annoying and SUPER cheap. why 24 and not 25? not sure what comes in the box so i'm assuming its a crappy number where you cant get 1 more.
leadbelchers again might want to add a guy or 2 and shrink it to smaller blocks.
yheeths to be honest i have never seen used so can't comment. gorgers pretty nice great for coming behind to attack warmachines.
some stuff i don't know off hand though i would say don't bother with iron fist since you lose your ogre club armor piercing rule with it i believe. most of this is taken from a friend who plays ogre real well.

No magic. Bring items to protect yourself, or get a butcher. Otherwise looks pretty solid.

ha, now thqat i have a few games under my belt (2 wins (dwarf, and chaos warriors) and 1 loss (Tomb Kings) I do realize i ned some butchers!
I now have about a 1500 point army.
I plan on having a 2250 or so point army consisting of a tyrant, 2 butchers, 3 bulls, 2 maneaters, and ironguts ironguts ironguts ironguts! ASSEMBLE THE IRONGUTS! (literally)
oh and 20 gnoblar fighters and 8 trapper.
how many point i got left after the maneaters 3 characters, 3bulls, and gnoblars, its gonna be fileld with ironguts. I LOVE THEM AND THEY OWN

If I was you I would not live without the hunter. And I've been told (never fought them myself) that leadbelchers were a joke. Cool and funny, but useless. I'd go for a tyrant (if you insist on bringing a lord, though your heroes have plenty of wounds), a hunter and a butcher. For core I don't really know how much difference it makes if you run 3 or 6 bull units, but I can imagine that a dwarf army with just a couple of shooting units a 3 man unit will run in no time.
Also I don't remember the point difference, but to my memory the difference between bulls and ironguts just aren't worth the cost. For core I'd go with a couple of bull units and a unit of gnoblars (or two) for ranks. Generally you have high movement, but yhetees add that bit more and make great flankers (which negate ranks, your biggest weakness).
Gorgers are unreliable, but I don't have experience to know if it's worth it. Honestly, I don't know much about your rare choices.
But try some games with different things to see how it works. Also depends on your style of play, you know, what you find funny!

Yeah as a TK player I highly suggest you always have magic defense while playing TK.
Also, a unit of 6 bulls has terrible mobility with how large their bases are. Highly suggest breaking them down into two units of 3, don't worry about the champion if you're point starved.
Siegebreaker is fun, but personally I'd just give him a mundane great weapon and the brace of pistols, giving you the option between +2 str or an additional hand weapon. Beastkiller is also an incredibly good big name if you're fighting a dragon/manticore/anything else big and have a mundane great weapon.
Personally I would avoid having a unit larger then 4. Also, maneaters are kinda pricey but are also very, very good. They're the OK's "Oh , I better keep away from them!" unit.

well the big difference between ironguts and bulls is, ironguts have eavy armor and great weapons.
and i plan on only having units of 4 and under.I would never use more than 4 in a unit. But i like having 4 over three for some reason. Maybe its the extra power the one gut adds, or how its just looks a lot more scary.
new list after i have had some experience.

Be aware that if your iron guts only have heavy armor that's 5+ save. Speaking as a dark elf player, I wouldn't have to do much to force a unit of 4 to take a panic test. The same goes for other elves, dwarfs and empire. And a unit of 4 ironguts is a lot of points considering how easy they run. The simplistic version (5 units of ironguts) is very straight forward, and if you prefer to run forward and fight it's cool, but you're VERY open to missile fire if you don't use some cheap unit to block with (read, more gnoblars).

whenever i field any army, i try to fit in something ammusing.
this suffices as they are the genetically the cousins of ogres.

Otherwise I recommend adding one of these two models in:
Female Maneater (note that the female maneater has a beard and fishnets)
