What is "the Shing sound"?

You've also heard it. The "Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing" sound in every single shaman video. Maybe it's not exactly "Shing", but it's a high tone sound, bright and goes on for about 1.5 seconds.

My question is: What is it? What abilitiy makes the sound?

The sound for the first spell happens when he uses his 20% morale ability.

Every other casted spell makes the same noise, just slightly different from the morale one it sounds like.

Remember it is an old video and sounds were temporary at this time.

On the contrary, I really love how the shaman (I guess it's him) sometimes yells while using some skills. :D

id guess it is just one of those game things to tell you that you successfully pulled the spell off. The yelling is really fun, the way the run/walk is good and their clothing is great! I like the spell which he lobs at them, its like a green ball.
