My dream for chosen would be tank/dps/debuff hybrid.

Obviously I'm hoping for a more offensive tank here so bear with me before you flame. I'm just stating what I would like the class abilities to be.

DEBUFFING AURAS (15-20 ft range, only one active at a time)

1. Strength debuff - needed for tanking as the Chosen will have less mitigation than other tanks; situational pvp use
2. Toughness debuff - increases the damage enemies around him will take; nice pvp use
3. Anti-caster debuff - periodicly pulses for a chance to cause casting delays

CASTER ABILITIES (only one can be active per target, grant a very small amount of dark favor)

1. Ranged snare - burdens soul of the target reducing run speed by 30%
2. Action point tap - dot affect that steals xx amount of AP from the target over xx seconds
3. Life tap - places a debuff on the target that returns 10% percentage of the damage you dealt to that target when/if they die

MELEE ABLILITIES (work off dark favor aka rage gained from dealing/taking damage)

Not going to list a bunch of stuff here but the jist would be melee dps, taunts, stuns, ect with some ablilities gaining dark favor and others spending it for more gusto. Throw in a way to break snares for good measure.

MORALE ABILITIES (don't give much thought here)

xx% - all heals on you also return 50% of it's effect to the caster (yummy)

I think they say somewhere in the Chosen's description that he WILL be very defensive-oriented.

And seriously, i dont want a friggin caster chosen. The less caster abilities, the happier i'll be. But some auras would be nice, though.

I just want a class that's goal is melee range, but with a couple of instant cast, or a spell or two that can be cast in combat. But, my guess is that the chosen will get mostly utility spells as well as debuffing aura's.
