I hope you can hide the breast
Because the T4 armor doesn't hide the breast.
Because there are some people who don't like to show some part of the body:)

Not sure where you see the breast, kinda looks like all scales to me on that side in the pic.

Marauders are barechested, Chosen are fully armoured. It seems part of the WYSIWYG principle. The chest might also be bare to show the skin mutation powers Marauders supposedly have.

Marauders are lightly armoured. While it would be possible to have something like cloth cover their chests without breaking the concept, it wouldn't look right. I can't honestly see the issue, you take your shirt off at the pool or the beach, so I assume you've seen half nekked men before.
As Ralzar pointed out it is also an avenue for the visualization of their bodily mutations.
haha he does have a point, I mean, WAR can't be a teen rating and be showing all these breasts all willy nilly. Marauders should have bra's, not armored bra's mind you, I mean, I know they aren't heavily armored, they should have victoria secret bra's that adapt to their mutations given by the doctors of the Chaos city of LA.
(I am being sarcastic, sucks that I have to add this, but really some people just don't get it)

Either this is a 12-13 year old kid who doesn't his mommy to see that this game has big scary men without shirts on, and who is forced to take a shower in clothes...
Or it's a spoof that all the TT-to-game models that usually have bare breasts do not...

There seems to be a valid question in the observation; we really have no idea how much clothing and armor customization will be available for a given class. Marauders as shirtless barbarians are fairly iconic though, so it's probably a safe to say that will be a common, or the only, option.
All that being said, I don't think this thread has anything else to offer, so I'm going to go all shirtless barbarian on it.
