Salvaging bug?

Has anyone managed to salvage corporeal fragments after the patch?
All I got were "Wisp of Brume" that wasn't useable in any way.

I've gotten Wisp of Fog (http://www.wardb.com/item.aspx?id=87629), Wisp of Brume (http://www.wardb.com/item.aspx?id=87633) as well. I have no idea how to use these. For the fog, I chose to salvage for Corporeal Resistance from Sentry Ashboots (http://www.wardb.com/item.aspx?id=700966), and yes I know it's not an availble stat on the boots, but it still gave me the option. Anyhow, it said I was successful and gave me the Fog, plus 1 Murmuring Whisper (http://www.wardb.com/item.aspx?id=907713) and 5 Murmuring Echo (http://www.wardb.com/item.aspx?id=907722).

Has anyone figured out how these Wisps are used in Talisman making or if this is a Salvaging bug?

Those seems to be simly bugged really hehe
