I am reading about them right now... any thing relating to them in game? I walked around Altdorf looking for characters from the book "The Vampire Genevieve" but only found Karl-Franz... this is my first Warhammer book so be gentle.

Did they put anything about Drachenfels in game? Anything about Siercks plays or Genevieve?

I don't think so. Seeing as how those books are pretty old an GW isn't a big fan of older material I think they've just stuck with modern stuff like gotrek and Felix.

Of course it wouldn't be hard to put in quests around the plays, or simply mentions of them but at the moment I don't think so.

Sorry.

They ought to have Filthy Harald in Altdorf somewhere.

While that might be true in a general sense, GW usually doesn't reprint the older stuff that they want to really ignore. However, the books which the OP are referencing were recently reprinted in a new format with some small additional material.
