about WAAAAGH

im sorry if this is somewhere else but i was wondering if WAAAAGH power is something that lasts once you get it or slowly drains if you dont use any mele skills

I don't know for certain but, I would go with it draining when out of combat.

Also I think it only increases when you use certain skills.

Well, we don't have melee skills, so that won't be it. But I would bet it goes away out of combat.
