They don't have a bar. Not all classes have one, they do however, have a tertiary mechanic independant of things such as actions and morale.
The Zealot's is the Harbinger/Ritual function. Though to be honest, I couldn't even begin to explain it to you.

Heh, Feigro, you shouldn't bother. We have plenty of very recent threads to read about the Zealot mechanic, details of which seems to be changing faster than the seconds on a clock. But overall, yes, it is the dark ritual/harbringer combinations.

Placing dark rituals, and harbringers, and marks takes casting time. This is their drawback. Its about choosing. Having to make that choice is what limits the zealot.
The shaman is pretty basic. They damage stuff, their waagh goes up, then they use waagh empowered heals and other abilities.
The zealot has to plan a bit more to be fully effective. Having multiple zealots around should make that easier though.
