I'll be changing my avatar to a Dark Elf one I think. The only reason I don't have one now is because there are too few and they are all overused. :P

I've become a Dark Elf fan after coming to this forum, borrowing my friends DE Army Book and then buying and reading all the Malus Darkblade books. :D

<--- will be playing a Dark Elf whatever. Honestly all the potential classes are cool enough for me to play one so I don't sweat it over the whole With Elf vs. Corsair vs. Executioner deal. Any one of those would be great if done right.

Versatile Core Unit in TT, used by many instead of the generic Druchii Warriors.
Although, the "dragon cloaks" are a prominent feature in Corsair attire, and might be pretty bad to only have that same feature throughout the tier progression.

The Executioners only use Draichs, same boredom there. The Dwarf Hammerers use different sorts of hammers, but are also a bit restricted. Although they are nowwhere near the restriction of Executioners, who only live in Har Ganeth, and only use Draichs.

I am really curious about how Mythic will make the Druchii interesting.
For one thing, I see the Witch Elves as a mêlée DPS class. The more they fight, the angrier they get. They might even have a Frenzy bar, which will get charged/drained by their special powers.

Dark magic plays a big part in Druchii armies, so there will be a Sorceress of some sort. Male wizards arent allowed for some reason, although a long time ago many of them crafted magic items that are now used by the dark elves in battle. See army book.

I am hungry for Dark Elf visuals from Mythic. The vicious weapons, the repeater crossbows... ah the glory of Khaine!

What makes you think you guys are getting Corsairs? What makes you think we won't be getting Corsairs, Garthy?

I'm not saying I'm completely confident we'll be getting them. I just wanted to have a few avatar pics of them. Especially the one I currently have as my avatar pic. Is that so wrong? It's a good pic.
