Righteous Fury bar

Hi folks

I think i have found out which bar it is.
If you look at http://war.curse.com/videos/details/637/ you will see that there is a new bar meter(green color) on the right side which i suppose it's the Righteous fury bar.
You will gain Righteous power when you are hitting or taking damage.
" x REF" must be Righteous power.
But there is one thing that's gets me a bit confused, which is the small circle with dots and a x number on it. The circle is combined with the RF bar.

So.. any idea what the circle is for?

I think the way it goes is you have 5 pips times X (the number in the middle of the circle) Righteous fury.

If that is the case, RF is REALLY EASY to build which suggest you're more likely to worrying about how to spend it rather than how to build it.

Further, he seemed to build RF through use of the "1" skill on his action bar and spend it with all the glowy ones (2, 3 and 7). Importantly, it seemed that his basic heal and group heal (5 and 6) neither needed RF nor spent it.

Of course, this is probably all different in the beta :P

I am very interested in the UI, especially for a wp. The first chance anyone gets (if you have read this) to give us a sample or idea of it, post it here. I hope some information of that sort will be comming through the pipeline soon.
