How do you get resist fragments?

And would it be worth it to level salvaging myself for fragments other than wounds? I don't know how the system works exactly, but there is one guy on my server, a tank, doing TM, and he only has wounds talismans up. I figure it's because the gear he can buy and salvage is heavy in wounds or something?

Wounds fragments are currently bugged. It gives you the same rarity color fragment, whilst all other fragments are 1 rarity level lower, unless you crit, which is pretty rare even with 200 skill

Whenever you Salvage something, you get to choose what type of fragment you want, based on what stats the item has. So, to get resist fragments, just choose that you want resists.

People just make lots of Wounds right now because they are bugged, but resist talismans give great bonuses. It's just too bad that resists are broken.

You dont want to make resist talisman. Resists are bugged and you would be wasting the talisman slot on your equipment. Wounds gives the best 'deal' right now.

Once and for all the resists are NOT bugged. The combat log display is. I certainly do feel the difference with 1000 corp resists.
