Intelligence DPS bonus change on PTS

I don't know if this has been mentioned but with my gear on the live server the bonus DPS I would get from my INT was 114. On the PTS the bonus DPS was 108. Anyone else notice this?

did your gear change value, maybe the gear was bugged in transition?
Possibly it could have changed the way it was figured, but I would compare my gear values first.

You didn't spec your renown, they reset the trained things, remember?
