Has the Guild Cloak emblem issue been fixed in this patch?

For those that do not know of the problem, the guild emblem on your cloak toggles on and off when you zone.

This is extremely annoying and yet it should be really simple to fix. Can someone please report this issue?

Seems to be related with the hide cloack/helm bug whenever you zone in and out... So i guess when they fix that the guild emblem will stay put as well...
This little bug along with the fact that even if you hide your cloack/helm the rest of the world can still see it has become a real problem for a lot of people and its time they fix it...come on im no comp wiz but it seems like an easy fix...

I realize this is an aesthetic issue so it gets low priority, but I really hope the developers make a deliberate effort to fix both the guild cloak and the 'hide helm' display bugs.

The reason for this is players spend a great deal of time looking at their characters, and having to constantly reset your helm and cloak serves as a consistent reminder to some that things are still not working properly.

Has Mythic given a reason for making hidng cloak and helm Client side only. also the Sheathing of weapons as well. I'm not clamoring for it to be top priority but it seems like a lot of people want this option, I just want to know why? it seems like standard MMO procedure.

What's wrong with sheathing weapons? Works for me, just press X.

Although you can only do it if you are both out of combat and haven't targeted an enemy or neutral player/mob for a few seconds. Hm, that's probably what you mean.

Oops. Think my brain turned off while reading your post. Somehow I thought your client side only statement was only applying to cloak/helm, and you were saying sheathing isn't working at all. My bad!

What makes it more embarassing is I already knew sheathing was client side only. Brain fart I guess.

The thing is, with Cloak Heraldry it only displays in Client Side 50% of the time, The other 50% people see you with a, yep you guessed it WHITE CLOAK.

I mean your guild heraldry personifies your guild, its an entity of your guild; and therefor you. When my heraldry works people tell me all the time it looks really great, but usually I just fall in a sea of white cloaks.

The Heraldry Display bug needs to have priority over some other bugs due to this reason.

I mean would you cheer for your favorite football team if they came out in burlap colored clothing and had no mascot or other miscellaneous cool looking stuff? Just burlap colored clothing, and whats worse the team they played against had the same color clothing? AND all of the teams had the same colored clothing? This is what the guild heraldry bug is doing...

Yes, I am behind this all the way. While the guild Cloak Heraldry makes things bearable, it will be a joyous day when I can turn my cloak off FOR GOOD and absolutely no one, human or otherwise can see it.

You can use the cloak heraldry mod to fix this. Its sad that we need to use a mod for this since it has been an issue for over a month for me.

So let me get this straight, you won't play the game because your guild cloak (which won't display the actual emblem until GR 20) won't display?

Please leave, now; I would rather focus on the actual gameplay bugs and class imbalanced.

They will not fix this until they have fixed all major issues with the game. Stability, class balance, lag and so on. Graphical errors are low priority.
