ToK unlock for 1k scavenged bugged?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone else was having an issue with getting their 1K ToK scavenging unlock, and pouch trophy. I know that I've scavenged close to 2k corpses, and don't have any unlock other than the one a long time ago..lint looter for 50 scavenged bodies.

I got my 1k scavenging pouch trophy a while back, but that was a couple patches ago, possible that it may be buggy now?

The only bug is that it states the wrong pouch in the ToK, but the NPC gives you the proper one regardless.
