(the completely unofficial) Elf Race revamp

<I posted this on the DE forums and since many HE people dont read them I thought posting it here also was only fair...sorry if its a bit of a cross post :D>

After someone at GW read this post (http://www.warhammeralliance.com/forums/showpost.php?p=483483&postcount=22) by yours truly I was contacted. Seems they werent too happy with the whole 'Elf look' and this post they felt was JUST the radical change the Elves needed to spice them up. So they asked me if I would whip up some concept art for them.

Now I know Im breaking my agreement with them by showing you this but we can keep a secret cant we?? :D

Its good to see you High Elves being so good natured about it. You seem to be reacting better than some of the Dark Elves (or maybe its just that youre more vocal about it :mrgreen:)

and this has nothing to do with some Skaven/Elf cross breed :rolleyes:

In another thread someone asked why there were no half-elves and the reply was that it would be about as feasible as a Human and hamster mating.

I then replied that that implied High Elves were the hamsters and that then must make the Dark Elves some sort of evil gerbil......<ping> a picture idea was born :cool:

He's a Skaven you know, and if i was a Grey Wizard(Which i ain't), i would follow that ratspawn down into his hidden caves. Those wizards knows alot of hidden paths, caves, etc.

Me thinks some of you Elf types need to grow a funny bone........did the Old Ones for some reason leave that out of your genetic make up? :confused: or maybe like our appendix, the lack of use over millennia has caused it to just shrivel up and die :rolleyes:
