Black Orcs tactic - Mor' Hardcore does not effect Right in the Jibblies. It does not provide the knock back in player vs. player combat as stated in the tool tip for the tactic.
It does, however, work in PvE and knocks down the target.
Not in da face works as it is supposed to.
Have not been able to test this as of the latest test server patch...no PvP to be found on the test server. :(
