I think as it currently stands, RVR in Warhammer needs a huge boost. The only good way to get renown currently is endless grinding of scenarios which just doesn't seem what this game was about. Here's my suggestions:

1) Adding gold bags to keep raids was good, but add a pq for defending the keeps that also gives gold bags. Maybe make the rewards based on the difficulty, better if they get through both doors and are repelled and less if only outside door is breached and repelled. PQ can start and end based on doors coming down and doors resetting. Without this all each side does is trade keeps, sad and not the way I would think it is intended.

2) Make RVR quests give renown. Can't stress how important this is if you want people doing these. Why would you risk going into RVR areas for quests that honestly give less reward than many of the PVE quests. Since your risking your neck, give renown for it, I think alot more people would do these then.

3) Kind of builds off the previous but add alot more content to the RVR areas. Add PQ's, more quests. Sad to see these huge empty RVR zones for a game that's supposed to be all about PVP it seems all the content was added to the PVE areas.

4) Add more rewards for controlling a zone. There is hardly any incentive for a side to try and keep their zone controlled when all you get is a bit more renown and a discount at merchants. Add special PQ's that only spawn when you control a side, special dungeons, special vendors with special gear that only shows up if you have zone control. I really expected these kind of things with Mythic's reputation from DAOC but I haven't seen it yet.

Now granted I'm playing on a core server and haven't hit T4 yet but from what I've heard this problem persists to the end. Please make RVR better. I love having the option to PVE when I want, but I don't want the only PVP option to be scenarios. Witching event's PQ wasn't a bad start but it really didn't offer the best rewards and not including the keeps/objectives in it's area was a mistake. Fully envelop the Keeps with the quests, make people want to defend their sides.
