The basis of warhammer was table top, paint-able figurines.

I should be able to dye my mount as I am able to dye my armor.

I agree, but it should be racially set.

As in i don't want to see a Human/HE riding a pink horse, but a chaos player is fine :D.

Agreed, some people like brass roflcopters, some silver, some gold, or white. some like brown horses, black, white,.. teal? i dunno. i REALLY want a green cold one, like the above. maybe high elves want a pink horse?
