I read the TOK descriptions but im still sort of unsure at what it is. Is it like an adventure diary? or is it like a quest tracker, friends tracker, bestiary, guild info type of thing all in one?

It may even track account information (Meta-character info) etc


Really all the goodness it could contain will need to be seen in the future.
