A nice little update...

Sent my PM...

Got my CC statement here...

I was charged $25 on Nov. 17th and it was posted on the 19th. So, why wasn't my account reactivated???

Now, I'm not a happy camper :evil:

I have no idea why anyone would tell you we have a reactivation fee? We don't have any such thing. If you shutdown your account (or it is shutdown), all you need to do is choose your subscription plan, put in a valid CC and you'll be able to play. So, a few questions for you:

1) Are you playing on the North America/Oceania servers or GOA?

2) What was the day of the activation of your account?

3) When you initially entered your choice for billing, did you choose 1/3/6 month billing?

Let's start with that basic information and we'll take it from there.

Agreed, Mark keeps an eye out for the little guy. Although sometimes you have to shoot rocks at him to get him to notice you. :lol:

LOL. Nah, rocks aren't necessary but sometimes I do get kinda busy doing all the other things I need to do as GM of Mythic besides hang here and engage in witty repartee with people. :) And even worse, sometimes I actually want to have some time for myself though being here on a Saturday blows that theory all to heck.

the only time ive seen something liek this befor form mythic was when , some one used a credit card to get months then did a charge back when thay quit , the person had played 50 bucks worth that thay got back after playing , and mythic wouldnt reinstate the account untill thay payed that 50 bucks back <from the chare back on the credit card > that thay said 25 bucks ? could it be some thing liek that ? i dnno only thing i can think of that would case a non 15 doller fee

Hopefully that's not the case here.
