Hey all,
I've passed this information along for review.
Posting with actual data and observations is helpful in our research as obviously this isn't impacting everyone or every spell as severely as it was before.
We didn't expect the bug to correct every occurance of it, and the lag is intended when players are in high latency environments, but it sounds like there are still some random occurrences where this isn't the case.
