I read the chicken thread and still couldnt understand what it meant? what exactly do they mean by ''chicken''?

Basically, when a Player tries to attack a player that is below their Level by 'X', they are instantly turned into a 'chaos chicken' and only able to 'peck' for 1pt of damage.

Basically it is joking way to discourage griefing lower players.

From what I understand, it has already been implemented and baring any major issue will remain in the game. I think there might even be a screenshot of the Chaos Chicken graphic.

Basically, Mythic's position is that you are to be RvRing in the proper tier, rather than sandbaging lower level tiers.

Game is divided on 4 tiers. That is I believe 10 levels per tier. When you finish tier you cannot really go back to last one. If you do, and you try to enter RvR or enemy PvE zone you will be turned into chicken and all that you will be able to do will be hitting people for one damage.

Like already been said, Chicken is an anti-gank tool. You shouldn't really encounter it anyway, as there's going to be no point, or benefit from being in area's which would turn you into a chicken.

You wont, you have 1hp also. Do almost no damage and a fart can kill you.

Having 1hp and doing 1 dmg makes you not worth hitting, meaning that if you're part of a larger army (being the only chicken) you could get lucky with killing blow.

I mean, anyone know if chickens can crit? 2 dmg has meant the different between life and death many times.. mainly in FPS games, but even so.
