Any chance of custom avatars or images in sigs? I know vBulletin supports both (though sigs are probably a bad idea).

Check out the forum rules for your answer. (no). :)

Forum rules.. people read those? ;)
Any chance of adding new avatars into the ones you have already, then? Perhaps if users submitted them? I'd love to have a Skaven avatar but would rather not get confused for any of the other people using the two that currently exist.
Thanks!

Yeah, sometime after E3 we'll open up a period of time when we'll take submissions.

Well new avatars after E3 sure would be cool. Cause I have already seen way to many of me. hehehe :)
Garthilk do you think guilds can create a guild Avatar if it is heraldic correct?
I think it would be nice to have custom avatars. Someone like myself, has come to use the same avatar on all my sites.
I'm sure if people would use discretion then we wouldn't have inappropriate avatars. :P

Yeah, I mean.. if someone had an inappropriate avatar, it could be a warning, and then if they violated the policy again, it could be a ban. I don't think it'd be terribly hard to moderate.
I understand your reason for doing it this way, though.

It's not a hard thing to moderate, and I can actually say I'm registered on over seventy forums on the net, and I can think of very few times it was an issue, and the individual was asked to change it or had it changed for him. I'm not trying to step on toes here either.
On a somewhat related note, I had to change my avatar just cos I saw someone with the same one.

Sorry guys it's not going to happen. Not today, not next month. It's just not in the cards yet.
