lvl question

Can one get to 200 scav. without lvling the character or does the char. have to lvl along to get the higher lvl items?

U need to kill higher level mobs to get the higher level mats.

Sure, you have to kill higher lvl mobs to get better crafting materials. I don't see the point
in leveling Scavenging though. It happens automatically, but do higher Scavenging levels
enable getting better quality items? I don't know.

The higher your Scav skill the higher the chance to get blues.
