OYK knocking down even when defending

Is this really intended or is it a bug atm?

Every time a Witch Elf does On Your Knees on me she manages to stun me EVEN when im Blocking or Parrying the attack.

I sure hope its a bug cause its a real pain.

Not to be a prick, but I still haven't seen a screenshot of someone blocking both OYK hits and getting disabled (not saying it's not happening). If one goes through, you get knocked down.

t could well be bugged. But who is to say in your case it WAS bugged. No way for us to tell.

I've successfully blocked OYK b4 but it's exceedingly rare in comparison the amount of times I've been hit by it, which has been nearly every single WE encounter. So yes you can defend against it so block should work vs oyk. However I won't rule out a bug. I know I've had very specific class bugs that very few people have. For example, 4 tactic slots at rank 30 and 4 renown tactic slots of which I don't even use 1.

OYK has 2 hits, without a certain morale 2 that IB get i never seen both my OYK getting blocked, but I cant really tell, because OYK hits a random target around u depending on ur bloodlust atm, sometimes it doesnt hit right the person i wanted

Don't forget that OYK hits twice whenever it's used. I imagine if either of the two gets through you get disabled. Just try to have oathstone up... and if you aren't an IB, reroll one.

Well there is a tank archetype Morale that would accomplish the same thing, for certain, as long as you had it up before OYK was used.

Well proper positioning is a no brainer against a class such as WE/WH. Anyone who pops Shield Wall against someone and then lets them hit from behind is ... well name calling isnt necessary I suppose.

Actually in my situation the WE that decided to use OYK on me didnt use it on me from behind but from the front. It clearly stated a green block and i didnt recieve any dmg from that spell at all. Still I got knocked down, I will try to do some more tests to see if still knocks you down when using Shield wall etc.

It is currently bugged, atleast for parry. If you parry both of them, you will still be knocked down. I am sure it still knocks down if you block both of them but have never had both of mine blocked before.

Which is really broken considering no other class has two chances at a kd... just one and done.

On the flipside at least one third of the time I use OYK the target has unstopable because T4 CC is so frequently spammed.

I'm going to see if my buddy has time to hop on his WH and see if a parry on both OYK attacks still triggers the KD.If it does this is clearly bugged.

I know for a fact that if both OYK's are parried, there is no
knockdown because I fight Witch Hunters all the time and
when they use their 100% parry ability, everything is parried
that I use and they are not on the ground nor receive damage.

Most likely you parried/blocked one of the two OYK (double attack) and all it takes is one to land to be effective. If there is
a bug, then that won't surprise me either, the WE has many
things that need fixing. ;)

Yep. Although I realize I lied: swordmasters have a two-hit KD also. But it's single target and you have to be at perfect balance. Not really comparable at all.
