Hi, I'm at 190 scavenging. All this time, I've just been selling the things I scavenge to vendors. I'm also finally at 200 Apoth. The most annoying thing about skilling up my Apoth was finding ingredients. Auction House never had the right things I needed at the time. So, my question is: What scavenged materials should i save for AH?

I always gets tons of things for cult and talisman making, but it all fills up my bags so quick. All the different kinds of curios, seeds, soils, watering cans, etc... i have no idea which ones people need, and which ones aren't worth anything. So, for all the Cultivators and Talisman Makers out there, what specific materials would you like us Scavengers to save for AH? Cultivators, what seeds are considered 'rare'?

Just because a seed isn't rare doesn't mean it won't sell. A normal seed can be converted (though this is expensive and not a sure thing). For high-demand ingredients like lvl175 clubmoss, you'll sell a standard seed just as surely as a rare seed. In my sig, you'll find a link to a complete list of seeds, or you can use my Crafting Info Tooltip addon to bring this information in-game.

The AH may be flooded with watering cans, but that doesn't mean they won't sell. Anything 162 or higher should sell, at the right price.

Soil is scarce. High level soil should sell well, but myself I look for 180 or higher for soil. Some people may buy lower level stuff.

I have a scavenger on another server, and *everything* he scavenges sells! On my main server, there's never enough curios, gold dust, or water.

Personally what I did was post everything to a bank alt and stick them in his bank, then sell then once I had a reasonable stack - makes bag space much less of a problem because you're never far from a mailbox! However, I'd also suggest downloading an addon that allows you to do bulk mails ...

This is an invaluable tip. I wait for complete stacks on my bank alt, then put everything up at once. You can make about 150g in a little over an hour of farming just by putting anything and everything on the AH.

This isn't really a post for this issue but I want to know if anyone else is having problems with the stuff you are scavenging not making it to your backpack? It says I have received it after I scavenged it but it isn't in my backpack. I also bought some water on the Ah and less than half of what I bought showed up in my backpack. I have petitioned it in CSR appeals 3x so far but no help. I also totally shut down and restarted the game but nothing. I'm sorry to have tagged on to this post but I am so livid I had to vent. I have wasted a lot of time and money scavenging and I am about to pull my hair out. Thanks for letting me vent.

you probably dont have overflow item in your bag but even stupid suggestions need to be said so

check you dont have overflow item at bottom of your bag

you get overflow if your bag is full and you loot something..you have to take the item from overflow even if theres room in bags after moving stuff

The purple and blue 175+ curios and green gold dusts sell very well, they increase the crit chance of the talisman makers considerably (by 8% or so). On my server they're paying 20g a pop for purple curios. OK, I donate them for free to my friendly guildie talisman maker but that's just because I frankly don't know what I need gold for... he makes excellent talismans so no need for me to AH anything.

Any watering can over 180 gives +1 herb so cultivators love these. Should sell well.
