Leaving order for the choppa?

I know I am.I wanted to try greenskin over all the destro races,but I didn't want to be a goblin or a goblin protecter.I really hope there's a toughness spec,so I can keep choppaing and choppaing and choppaing!

Well if some of the Choppa abilities that are in the current file remain intact, we might get an ability that increases our toughness based on how many opponents are within a certain range of us. Dunno if that will go live, but Mythic has at least toyed with the idea.

I've had thoughts of defecting, since i've not found any particular class that really "clicked" for me on order.

The reason i got into warhammer, was a friend of mine, literally forcing the first Gotrek and Felix novel "Trollslayer" on me. Then with the first war trailer, and the Slayer vs. BO scene i was really exited. When they announced the Hammerer, i was like, meh.. But i was already bored with WoW and looked forward to WAR anyway.

Got a WL up to 19, but im not even looking forward to 20 and a mount, with the current pet/mount/summoning issues. Most classes have some aspect i dont really care for. Those that doesen't, are healers, and i dont like healing.

However, all that will be forgiven when i will be able to get my hands on a Slayer.
Honestly, they cant muck up that career enough for me not to play it anyway! :D
Hell, i've voiced my hate for the rofl-o-pack on several occations, but if i get to play a Slayer, i can even live with that "mount".

My plans on defecting are halted for now, and will be abandoned completely (most likely) on the 29'th.

I probably will. I've spent the past five months leveling a couple of Order tanks and I'm about ready for a change of pace. I was planning on a slayer, but I really think that I've done enough of the Order questing and PQ's for now. The Choppa sounds like it will be a lot of fun.

Edit: Can anyone suggest a good server to roll Destruction? I'd prefer one that is reasonably balanced.

The RP servers, Ostermark and Phoenix Throne, generally have good balance from what I've experienced.

EU or US? Wouldn't suggest to roll on Dragonback Mountains if you are for easy ride in EU.

Cant really say I'm defecting since I've never really stuck with just 1 side. I have about 3-4 toons on each side few mid-high range 30s but none has stuck, until I started my WL(25), enticing me to play it to 40.

Ive wanted to play a Choppa since b4 release but didnt think they would be implemented. It just makes good sense for a balance thing though. Each faction will have 4 classes 1 of each archtype.

So I'm in a rush to get my WL as high as possible b4 the release of the Choppa so I can concentrate all my efforts on him. Choppas and Slayers are gonna make the KotBS and BG mass exodus look like nothing. They are going to be very commonplace I'm guessing atleast for a little while, and AH loot is gonna be freaking expensive.

So while not necessarilly a defector Ill be putting my order toons on the backburner for a lil while, and focusing full time Choppa!!!

Give Badlands a shot. We have a high server pop and the RvR is pretty balanced.
