I have heard that as some races get higher lvl there physique changes e.g. Black orcs get bittger or they turn more black and dwarfs get longer beards.
anyone know how the black guard will change as it gets a higher level?
or what you think/hope how it will change?

Most likely feature would be swords attached to the side of the character... although, that doesn't quite fit as 2 swords is already a huge status symbol.
Only other thing I can think of would be heads attached to the armor.
"Bulking up" isn't somethng that fits with Dark Elves like it does with Greenskins.
Taller, Paler, Guanter.
Although the Pale bit may be a problem to see under all that armour...
And plese, PLEASE not bigger ears.

Haha, by tier four we'd look like a race of rabbits.

Hopefully it will be something in the trend of becoming scarier; brighter eye colour, long sharp nails, things like that.
maybe the spikes on our armor get longer and longer while our helmets get taller and heavier

I doubt it will be something connected with armor like that. It would be hard to implement, because players will wear different items all the time. We wont be walking around looking like the concept art constantly... Modifications on the armor will be purely trophies, I'm guessing.
I'd vote for becoming taller and stronger looking. Probably scarier too, maybe scarier eyes and paler or something.

I think the implementation of this idea for elves could be problematic. Dwarfs and Orcs are well known for 'showing their age' (or rank) via length of beard, sheer size, scars, etc...elves on the other hand are the ever-young, unchanging ones.

I think taller, bulkier (we're tanks in heavy armor, if we aren't bulkier than a sorcerer or disciple I'd be very disappointed) and more spikes would be awesome.

I think item that we find and pick up changes graphics to fit the person thats wearing it, when i was a gamesday i played an ironbreaker and the shield i was using was something chaosy but it looked dwarfy, though i could be wrong, personally i would love all armour to reflect the race more instead of the stupid graphics you got in the mmo that shall not be named.

It's more like the items are specifically tailored to your class as opposed to them looking like your class. All quest rewards and renown rewards are tailored to your class.
Musta been hellish for the itemization department :p

More swords (assuming they're just there for cosmetic purposes) and heads attached to armor will come from the trophy system, doubt they'll put it in as leveling up bonuses aswell.
Bulking up doesn't fit DEs in general, but it does fit the BGs just fine.

Bigger is pretty much obvious for the Black Guards. But more scars, longer finger nails, and scarier eyes probably won't matter, because of all of the armor. We won't really be able to see those things. But better ARMOR is a definite, and better weapons. Since Black Guards and Chosen (yes, another race, but still...) are identified by their weapons and armor more than anything else, it will probably be those things that signifies their age/rank.

I think only Orcs and Dwarfs and possibly (though I doubt it) Chaos will have any physical changes. The rest seem to progress their appearance only through gear.

Quoted for truth. I believe there was a GD interview that said something to this effect. If I can find it I will post it later.

These are the one that i think are possibilities:
1. eyes glow more
2. eyes change colour
3. armour darkens
4. more spikes on armour
5. spikes get longer
6. more swords
7. Grow taller

I dunno. For some races the idea of gaining bulk, size, beard length etc is both supported by the lore and 'just cool'. For others...I really don't think it is appropriate.
I think they thought of the idea for Orcs and Dwarfs but didn't think through how they would do it for the other races.
Chaos they can have bulk and or more weirdness but that doesn't sit well in my mind for any type of elf.

Didn't Paul say something about Dark Elves looking more and more drugged out as they raise in level/tier? Probably get paleR, bags under the eyes. A very Keith Richards type transformation perhaps, in stacked heavy plate armor lol.

random babbling and swaying as part of their idle motions? Talking to Khaine. Thinking they are Khaine?
