I have chosen a lvl 35 and need gold to buy some items, then told me that Scavenging is a good business. I would like to know how to make money with Scavenging?

easy: kill Npc Dwarfs, Elves, Humans or players, the dead bodies will have flies flying above them. With the crafting Scav. u will be able to click those bodies and get the items. You either use them for Cult, Apot, and Talis or you sell them at the Ah.

(For Butchering its the same as above - only for animals not humans)

Considering you are saying that you have a SERIOUS problem with gold, try selling everything in AH.

Bottles of water sell well on my server in stacks of 10 or 20, they are for potion making. Once you get some stacks search the auction house and see what the going rate is, prices yours low enough to sell fast (since you need the $) but not so low that its not worth your time.
