has anyone posted any bright wizard abilities anywhere, cant seem to find any posts.

There's a bunch of inaccurate and outdated ability lists out there. Just none at this site. The game has just gone into beta again. There's been a complete revamp of many core systems. That said, I'm sure with some effort you could find some. Just not here.
