When you could get early access to BG and KotBS, did you get access to both on any server or did you only get access to the side you completed the daily tasks with?
Sooo in order to play a slayer, do I have to the tasks with an order character?

Hmm. I never brothered making a BG so I'm not sure, but I think it's for that server only. I seem to recall reading that, but I'm not 100% sure.

Wow, thats guna really suck for the low pop servers, and the servers that have really slow queues for scenarios.

when you unlock it you are able to make a slayer/choppa on any server

what you should do is make a lvl 1 order charecter on darkcrag ( or other high pop destro server ) and jsut do the event that way...

only thing that would stink is if you wanted the items for a main ( like the heavy metal cloak )

i finished the heavy metal event like 3 times and i wasnt even trying that hard

Doing it will flag the account opening Slayer for all servers and - if you are a enough of a shamefull honourless snotling fondler to wish to play such a foul wretch, will unlock Choppa as well.

I aslo second the above advice for unlocking it with a new toon on a heavily populated server if yours is low pop.
I would recommend a DPSer to help get fast kills for tasks. WE, WH, WL, BW, SH, SORC etc.
Don't worry you will find a whole mass of other Slayer unlock toons in T1 as well.
And half the team running around to do a task is not that disrupting to any serious players as they can push on and get out of T1 in an afternoon.
Use it as the primary toon for getting the daily unlock tasks done.
Try it on your mains as well - you may find there is enough going on to unlock it on your main - in which case go for it.

If it is like Heavy Metal the tasks should not be too long or unreasoanble. Hopefully you will be able to miss one or two tasks and still get the unlock.

There will be a 'what to do for the tasks' thread set up to help you get the tasks done - i.e. giving directions to quest item locations etc.
