Chart for Wards?

I've been looking through the forums but I can't seem to find numbers on the effects that Wards have on damage taken and damage done.
There has been talk in guild about not having enough wards as a dps class lowers your damage somewhere around:

3 wards you do 75% damage
4 wards 100%
5 wards 115% damage

I'm not sure what was said or where they had gotten their information from so I figured I would ask here. (And do wards only apply to bosses or to trashmobs as well?)

That's right.
Exactly what they said is correct well, it's 85%, 100% then 115%

Also wards go:

0 Wards - 200% more damage
1 Ward - 160% more damage
2 Wards - 120% more damage
3 Wards - 80% more damage
4 Wards - 40% more damage
5 Wards - 0% more damage, a.k.a normal damage
