Character Copying Error

I've got the test patch downloading right now. Everything is going fine there.

But I currently cannot copy a character. Whenever I try and go to the copy page, i get another page saying

"Error
There was an error processing your request.
Go back to the Homepage."

Is it all just overloaded with copies, or what might be the problem?

This is because the Public Test Server is closed for maintenance. Once the server is open to the public, you will be able to copy your characters again. Watch the Herald for more information.
