Account Terminated Question

I didn't see a specific area for this so I just decided to post it under the tech bug, maybe someone can redirect me to a better place to post this. But anyway here's my situtation...


I was reactivating a second account for a friend, which was combined with an old daoc account. When I went to reactivate I accidentally reactivated the daoc account instead of War. I called EA and had the money refunded, then went and activated the correct account. When I checked the next day, the old daoc account was no longer closed but terminated. In the future I may decide to play daoc again since I still have a few friends that play there so I'm wondering if there's a way to get that account un-terminated? Anyway I know this isn't directly related to War but i figured official forums would be a good place to start. I didn't want call EA and wait on hour on the phone again unless I have to.

Terminated in this instance means Billing Terminated. This is our policy when we have a bank charge-back to make sure the customer is involved before the account is opened again. You will have to call the billing department at 650-628-1001.

Now, back to the regularly scheduled 1.2 posts....
