Character Copy to PTS.....help!

I've been tring to copy my toon to the PTS server but, on the Pulldown menu I can select my account but not my server or toon name? All I get is a 1 letter pulldown box that shows nothing to be able to select? Any Ideas because I really want to Test this 1.2 patch!

Yesterday Mythic suspended character copies until next week.


When logging into PTS tonight you will notice all characters have been wiped, you won't be able to copy your character during this phase. This is because we want as many players as possible focusing on the new careers and helping us whip them into shape before their big debut!

I can't log into the PTS, when i go onto the server list it is grayed out so i cannot select it, has anyone else had this problem?
