EU PTS restriction

Hey everyone. I noticed you can create both Destro AND Order on the US PTS. On Shifting isles you can create characters from ONE faction ONLY. Is this intended to be so, or another GOA "mistake". I deleted my 11 rank choppa to try out the slayer, Im not so happy with my slayer so i have to create a new choppa.
Also do EU forums have something like THAT? (http://herald.warhammeronline.com/warherald/NewsOverview.war):o
This thread shows the people who say "STFU with your complains!" why EU players are unhappy with the treatment they get from GOA. Im sure the list with things we dont get and US players do can grow every month.8-)

It does, the US PTS players even get in game rewards if they are lucky. Something that AFAIK we dont get on EU. Maybe it will change and is just taking time to come through from Mythic to GOA?
