While people seem quite comfortbale accepting the white lion as the fourth high elf class, i'm not sold just yet.

since they don't have a healer class designated yet, i would be kind of upset at a healer class with a pet. Why u ask?

1) it will most likely just reduce the effectiveness of both the heals of the white lion and the power of the pet.

So, whilst they may do a good job of combining the two, which will make me ever so happy.

I remain skeptical.

Your thoughts plz.

Uhm,

The High Elves already have a healer class. The Archmage.

woops.

I never looked into archmage that much but... i also never thought of an archmage being a healer, sounds more like a DD nuker class. My mistake.

Guess it's a pointless thread now.

The DD Nuker will be the Shadow Warrior with his bow and arrows as opposed to spells.

Oh he can. In fact we learned more about its mechanic. It works as the mirror class of the shaman.

We have seen in video's that the shaman casts plenty of damage spells in order to build up waagh to make its heals bigger.

The Archmage works the same way. It saves up high magic in a sort of draining way. It is able to syphon off a little of the magic used in each spell to be saved for later. That is like the WAAGH. So some Archmages may very well nuke more then they heal. If you have multiple archmages running around with you some might not need to heal as much so they can nuke more.

Are you implying that Elf players aren't actually a bunch of 12-year-old Legolas wannabes? :p
