The KotBS 'Command NPC' ability, how should it work?

KotBS "command" as in they can sort of control the tide of battle as they shout out aura buffs and such. There really is no "Command NPC" ability for them.

If you're proposing a "Command NPC" ability, I'd have to say no, I don't want to see KotBS with a high level guard from Altdorf in the Marshes of Madness killing gobbos.
