Some good information to provide would be:

- Your CPU
- Your system RAM
- Specs of your gfx card
- Motherboard

Little things, even how much of a power supply you're using can also make a difference.

We've certainly got some players out there who are reporting performance issue such as yours, and we are diligently working to resolve those issues.

One question I can certainly ask, is your gfx card one with 512mb onboard memory?

Firstly, I appreciate your situation. However, we can't "exchange" product codes in the way you're requesting, the CE can either be used as a new retail key or to upgrade an existing one.

Hi Johndis,

As a returning player you're entitled to one free character transfer for every existing character you had on your account. Characters were transferred off of some servers automatically so that those logging back in had a more populated servers to jump right into, but we offer the free transfers for people in your case who have friends they wish to continue playing with.

Please let me know, however, if for some reason your existing character isn't eligible for a free transfer. The transfer service can be found in your account center in one of the banners at the top of the page (http://accounts.eamythic.com)

The transfers from Dark Crag to Praag are available if you are either below level 11 or your characters were involved in a forced transfer.

As far as your other questions...you will be prompted via the account center to change your name if it is taken. Yes, if you have characters from the other realm already on the destination server, then you would have to delete them.

Yes, you get the 30 free days when you subscribe. You are not eligible to recruit a friend until you have completed the 30 free days and have entered your paid subscription. At this point, you can recruit a friend and if the subscribe you will be eligible for another 30 free days (once they finish their free time).

The re-enlistment campaign is not a rolling campaign. You are only eligible for re-enlistment if you have been unsubscribed for at least 30 days when the campaign started.

You should use the trial or recruit-a-friend program instead.

The re-enlistment campaign was not meant to be a rolling campaign. If your account was at least 30 days old when the campaign started, then you are eligible. If not, you should use a standard trial or a recruit-a-friend trial. From any trial, you will be able to transfer to a different core server if you choose.

You do not receive any bonuses unless you are an active subscriber. Yes, you will get the referral back if you cancel it. Yes, you should receive your referrals if you re-subscribe.

Hi Guaranteed,

Have you tried launching from the actual warpatch.exe file in the games directory? (default location is C:\\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\

Let me know if this works for you and is simply a matter of the shortcut not working. Also try using this to create a new shortcut and see if that one works.

I'm not sure what could have caused this issue but I want to be sure the actual patch file itself is working even if the current shortcuts do not. Thanks!

Oipjo, what Toonces said here is correct. If you have a credit card on file and you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to play until your paid time runs out. On the other hand, if you are playing a Free Trial Account and have not actually paid for your first month yet and you cancel, your time will run out when the Free Trial Account period ends.

You can see the transfer rules on the Rules tab on the transfer page. The current transfers being offering are for characters under level 11 or for characters that were involved in a forced server merge. If you fall into one of these categories and are still listed as ineligible, then please PM me with your master account name and I will look into it.

Characters on Chaos Wastes were transferred to Dark Crag. If your character is not on Dark Crag that means there was an issue transferring it (you should have received an email). You can PM me with your master account name if your character is not on Dark Crag.

Most likely you have an EU code and you need to register at www.war-europe.com (http://www.war-europe.com) and downloand the EU client. If you want to play on the US/Oceanic servers, you will need to buy a US code.

Buying a full version of the game grants you a CD Key that you can apply to your existing trial account (via the account center) to upgrade. You do not need to create a new account and you maintain access to all trial characters.

If you buy online, you can patch the remainder of the game (4 or 5 gigs). If you buy from the store, install via theDVD to save some patching time.

Character profiles are tied in with the Realm War (that's where you selected your original profile when coming to the forums.)

Visit http://realmwar.warhammeronline.com, you should be signed in already but if not login using the same username you use to play the game or login to the forums. Once you're signed in you'll see your selected character on the left side of the page, undereath the profile click on "Settings" this will bring you back to the profile selection page.

You can change your displayed character here whenever you like, for the change to show up on the forums you may need to logout and log back in.

If you already have characters of the opposite realm on the destination server, then the transfer will fail. You would need to delete those characters before you perform the transfer.
