I have noticed that this forum is lacking a summary of available information about our great class so made one by myself. The idea is to update this when new information is discovered or released. Your help is welcomed, just post your discoveries or videos here and I'll add them to the first post.
Skills listed below are NOT taken from Beta so there's no NDA violation. Ironbreaker has already been playable on Games Days. Sources are listed after each skill, you can find full links at the end of this post.

Action Point AbilitiesTaunt A shout that taunts your target, making them hate you more and reducing the damage they deal to everything else by 30% (WR says 50%) for 30 seconds. (WI, WR)
Grudging Blow A basic melee attack (WI, WR)
Guarded Attack A melee attack that reduces the damage you take for 30 seconds. Thge effect increases with higher Grudge. (WI, WR)
Vengeful Strike A melee attack that causes your target to bleed, dealing additional damage over 15 seconds. The bleeding will cause more damage when your Grudge increases. Only useable with at least 25 Grudge. (WI)
Relentless Stride Removes all movement impairing effects from you. (WI, WR)
Shield Sweep A melee attack that hits all enemies in front of you. You gain additional Grudge for each enemy you hit. (WI, WR)
Binding Grudge A melee attack which snares your target, reducing their run speed by 40% for 3 seconds. The snare lasts longer for every 25 Grudge you have. (WR)
Grip of Stone Roots up to 4 enemies within 30 feet of you, making them unable to move for 5 seconds. Any damage done may break the effect. (WR)
Conditional abilities:
Punishing Blow A melee attack that stuns your target for 1-3 seconds, based on Grudge. Only usable against a target that you have taunted.
Shield of Reprisal A shield slam that damages your target and increases your Grudge by 10. Only usable after you block an attack. (WI, WR)
Hunker Down Increases your chance to block by 25% for 10 seconds. Only usable after you parry an attack. (WR)

Focused Defense Decreases the damage the selected target deals to you.
Forced Fumble Knocks your target's weapon out of their hand for 5 seconds. Builds 15 Grudge.
Intercept Increases movement speed causing the target to hate you more and slowing their movement speed. Builds 10(?) Grudge.
Morale AbilitiesYour Time is Now (morale cost: 20%) You hit your target with two melee attacks. If they are below 25% Hit Points, you will hit them a third time, dealing damage based on your Grudge. (WI, WR)
Grudgeborn Fury (40%) Your target is surrounded by barbs, damaging them each time they use a melee ability for the next 10 seconds. The damage is increased when your Grudge builds up. (WI, WR)
Curse You All (60%) Adds 40 Grudges to you. (WI, WR)
Curse of Vengeance (80%) Damages all enemies within 65 feet over several seconds. The effect will last longer and deal more damage when your Grudge builds up. (WI, WR)
Curse you All (100%) Adds 80 Grudges to you. (WI, WR)

Retributive Strike (20%) Deals damage proportionate to the amount of hit points you are missing.
Catch 'Em By Suprise (20%) Causes a melee range debuff that prevents the enemy from making any melee attacks for a brief period of time.
Directed Attack (20%) A group buff that increases the chance of scoring a critical hit for a short duration.
Sudden Strike (20%) Moderate to heavy damage melee attack.
Ancestral Vengeance (40%) A group buff which increases the damage done against Greenskins.
Uncanny Disruption (40%) A self only buff that moderately reduces the amount of damage taken from magical attacks for a brief time.
Tactics (Tier 1?)
Hard Headed Extra damage taken from an enemy getting a critical hit against you is significantly reduced. Takes up 3 slots on the strategy bar.
Don't Let It Show Every time you take damage the player dealing damage to you gets a brief debuff that slows down their rate of morale gain. Takes up 1 slot on the strategy bar.
Thundering Block Everytime you block an opponent, they receive a brief moderate debuff to their Weapon Skill and Strength. Takes up 2 slots on the strategy bar.
Press The Attack Any time you critically hit, you get a non-stacking buff that significantly increases your chance of critically hitting. Uses 2 slots on the strategy bar.
Seeing Red Damage dealt is moderately increased, but damage taken is slightly increased as well. Takes up 1 tactic slot on the strategy bar.
Death Wish When you are below half health, you get a moderate increase to the chance of making a critical hit. Uses 1 slot on the strategy bar.
Ancestral Hatred A large increase in damage done against Greenskins.
Takes up 1 slot on the strategy bar.
