Any New Thumb-Trackball Mice?

I have used a Microsoft Trackball Optical for years. I enjoy the thumb trackball and the extra buttons.

I know logitech has a thumbtrackball, but it only has 3 buttons instead of 5.

Just curious is anyone knows of any other Thumb trackball mice, other than just these two.

I actually find them more effective than mice, but I don't play twitch games.

I have done the basic searches, but was hoping there was something new or that the logitech was going to come out with a 5 button version. Looks like its back to computer conventions and dumpster diving.
